NuVescor seeks a professional Business Development Director to oversee the development and growth of profitable new business and to develop and maintain effective key relationships. This position will ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities and that these are delivered according to organizational strategy.
Responsible to: Corporate Project Manager
External Relationships: Prospective Buyers and Sellers
Internal Relationships: Managing Directors, Managing Partner and Administration

Key Responsibilities
- Execute Business to Business proactive outreach, using a variety of targeted marketing approaches including a significant amount of effort through the telephone, to executives in targeted markets to generate awareness and interest in NuVescor’s ability to add value

- Generate qualified prospective clients for our Engagement team

NuVescor seeks a professional Managing Director to provide strategic direction for business owners and stockholders in mergers and acquisitions throughout the transaction process to help meet deal objectives and achieve desired results. The ideal candidate will contact potential sellers regarding the sale of their business. Responsibilities also include indentifying interested and qualified buyers, making recommendations as to their impact on the transaction and negotiating and coordinating the transfer of ownership from sellers to buyers. The candidate will also provide scope and advice for the implementation of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture related activities for the engagement.

- Use of valuation, financial modeling and deal structuring
- Developing relationships with financial institution specialists and advisors
- Present NuVescor to potential sellers, referral sources, and buyers
- Leading negotiations directly with responsibility for the closing of a transaction
- Facilitate the closings of transactions
- Coordinating the evaluation of potential targets (consists of formulating a view on strategic fit, pipeline, portfolio evaluation, overall attractiveness of candidate) across all relevant functions, including the use of in house specialists and advisors to review target companies
