Eric Seifert joined the firm after an extensive career in banking, focusing primarily in Small Business Administration (SBA). While serving as the Senior Vice President for Community Shores Bank and Muskegon Commerce Bank in West Michigan, Mr. Seifert successfully established and implemented SBA 7a Preferred Lender and express programs.
Throughout his extensive banking career, Mr. Seifert served in several banks, including the former Old Kent Bank, where he worked for 19 years, and served as Senior Credit Analyst, Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, and Vice President and Manager of Business Banking Department. Mr. Seifert implemented successful procedural and technological programs, and was involved in several SBA programs. This experience gave him valuable insight as he worked with the financial needs of small businesses. In addition to working with small business loans, Mr. Seifert managed several portfolios, including the largest commercial loan portfolio in the bank.
Mr. Seifert earned his master's degree in finance from Grand Valley State University and his BBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Seifert currently serves as the chair of the Entrepreneurial Council for the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce, the Vice President and Director for the Michigan Business Broker Association, and is also a member of YMCA Camp Pendalouan.
Mr. Seifert is married and has two children. He and his family reside in West Michigan.
