Jack Snyder co-established NuVescor Group, LLC as an equal partner in April 2007.
Prior to establishing NuVescor Group, Mr. Snyder served as Principal of a Grand Rapids mergers and acquisitions firm. Mr. Snyder has more than 22 years of transactional experience, primarily representing sellers of manufacturing, distribution and service companies. He has been directly involved in more than 200 successful transactions and provided oversight on hundreds more.
Previously, Mr. Snyder held various management positions at a manufacturing company producing proprietary products to the fluid-handling industry. Mr. Snyder’s experience allowed him to form and acquire several companies involved with manufacturing and distribution.
Mr. Snyder has acquired an extraordinary amount of knowledge regarding the needs and requirements associated with sales, manufacturing and development. His past experience as an owner and seller of companies, combined with his extensive history of acting as an intermediary, continues to be of great value to the clients he serves through NuVescor Group.
Mr. Snyder is married with two grown children and 4 grandchildren.
