Kevin Hirdes co-founded NuVescor Group, LLC as Managing Partner in 2007.

Prior to establishing NuVescor Group, Mr. Hirdes served as President of two international manufacturing/distribution concerns.  In addition, Mr. Hirdes has leadership experience in turnaround companies.  Under his leadership, he successfully turned around a $3mm annual loss company and, within 16 months, the company was sold profitably.  He understands what it takes to successfully operate corporations in today's competitive environment.

In addition to his position as president/owner, Mr. Hirdes is also an investor.  In these capacities, as well as in his previous experience in corporate leadership, he has learned a great deal about the needs and requirements associated with mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing, and development.  Overseeing all business transactions at NuVescor, his direct experience continues to be of great value to the clients he serves.

Mr. Hirdes has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions of medical, manufacturing, and distribution companies.  He has been involved in transactions from all across North American and abroad.

During his property development career, Mr. Hirdes has had the opportunity to work in investment property, including acquisition, development, and sale of commercial properties.  His experience also includes overseeing of site layouts, infrastructure, and the completion of medical and commercial developments.  

Mr. Hirdes received his CM&AA from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.  He has completed the AMA Management Course for Presidents I & II, Executive Leadership, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, as well as many other leadership and operations management studies.  

Mr. Hirdes stays involved with the community by membership in numerous organizations and by serving on several profit and non-profit boards of directors.  He has guest-lectured for area high schools and for Aquinas College’s MBA program.  Mr. Hirdes is a founding member and executive committee member of the IBBI Board, a $1 billion purchasing consortium.  He has held professional memberships in the following organizations:  NMMA, CIB, American Management Association, Grand Rapids Economic Club, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, HHBA, GGRA-HBA, CM&AA.

Mr. Hirdes is married with three grown children.  They are members of Central Wesleyan Church, where Mr. Hirdes co-chaired the capital campaign and served on the executive board.
