Since 1986, Randy Rua has successfully launched two privately held companies and has been involved in several family businesses. His positions included engineering, manufacturing, finance, sales and marketing.
Mr. Rua's passion for entrepreneurship has driven him to manage and invest private capital through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. By developing a strategic research model, Mr. Rua is able to effectively locate and qualify strategic and financial buyers within specific target industries. Mr. Rua's transactional experience includes the negotiation and consummation of numerous successful acquisitions, primarily in the manufacturing and service industries.
Mr. Rua earned his MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and his BS in Engineering from Calvin College. Mr. Rua is an active member of Holland CBMC and Christ Memorial Reformed Church. Mr. Rua resides in Holland, Michigan, with his wife and two children.
