Richard Wroten has more than 30 years of financial and business advisory experience. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for two large public companies and as partner with an international CPA and consulting firm. In these different capacities, he has led a number of teams on a variety of merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, he has owned businesses related to residential and commercial mortgage finance, telecommunications, and client relationship systems technology. In 1983, Mr. Wroten received a presidential commendation for service during the Reagan Administration and in the U.S. Treasury Department.
Additionally, Mr. Wroten is a highly sought public speaker on the subjects of leadership, customer service, team effectiveness and life balance. He has facilitated more than 100 seminars focused on goal setting, time management, managing through transition, and business networking skills. Mr. Wroten and his wife, Sharon, reside in Ada, Michigan. They enjoy traveling and other activities with their five children and four grandchildren.
